Furthermore featured in this recent image disclosure is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had formulated development schemes to transform the sprawling island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and contains a legend detailing various areas of the property.
Accompanying this are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, such as plans for dock shelters.
